KEI Property was built on a simple idea: property management should feel personal, even when it's professional.

We started in Queensland's management rights sector, working closely with body corporates, owners, and residents across Brisbane and the Bayside. What we saw again and again was the same gap, owners who felt like a number, communication that arrived too late, and management that treated the building like a portfolio line item instead of somebody's home or investment.

We built KEI Property to close that gap. Every home & complex we manage is treated as if it were our own, because to us, it is.
